EMDR Intensive Programs are NOT intended to be a long term solution to therapy. They are intended to get you in, bring you relief in DAYS and get you moving forward in your journey to be your best self. Think of intensives as more of “Change” therapy and not on-going “Support” therapy. During EMDR intensives we do two things: Make the painful feelings in your life hurt less and help the good emotions feel even better!
