Why a happiness coach?

Happiness consulting is based on research that suggests we can increase our well-being by understanding and implementing actions that create joy and a meaningful life.

Focusing on the application of psychological principles based on resilience and happiness, we work together to identify behaviors and daily practices that will increase your individual happiness and well-being and develop a personalized course curriculum. We will meet once a week for a suggested duration of 16-weeks.

The initial consultation will assess the most effective tools to implement while gathering specific information about your individual goals and objectives. The following sessions will focus on utilizing a personalized combination of education and practice to increase your happiness.
